1. About BookPOS Arbitrage

BookPOS Arbitrage is an informational service that identifies and displays potential sports betting arbitrage opportunities by comparing betting odds. The service is provided for informational and analytical purposes.

BookPOS Arbitrage does not itself accept, place or process bets or wagers. Users who choose to visit or use third-party bookmaker services do so independently and are subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.

We do not ask users to provide betting account passwords or bookmaker login credentials through the BookPOS Arbitrage app.

3. How We Use Information

Information collected through the service may be used to:

  • Provide access to BookPOS Arbitrage and its subscriber features.
  • Authenticate subscriber access.

4. Payments

Payments for BookPOS Arbitrage may be processed by third-party payment providers. Payment information entered on a payment provider's website is handled by that provider under its own privacy policy and security practices. BookPOS does not require users to enter payment card details directly into the BookPOS Arbitrage Android app.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell users' personal information. Information may be shared with service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the service, process payments, deliver communications, maintain hosting or comply with applicable legal obligations.

When you follow a link to a bookmaker or another external service, that third party may collect information independently. BookPOS does not control the privacy practices of external websites or applications.

6. Data Retention

Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain required business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

The service provides information relating to sports betting and is intended only for adults who are legally permitted to access such information in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the service.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

BookPOS Arbitrage may display information relating to third-party bookmakers or provide links to external websites. Those services are independent of BookPOS. Their collection and use of information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

11. International Use
